摘 要:针对传统碱抽提工艺从褐煤中抽提出碱不溶物腐植酸钙、腐植酸镁提取率低的现状,采用酸为活化剂,将碱不溶腐植酸盐转化为腐植酸,再以碱为抽提剂,制取腐植酸钠型煤黏结剂。研究酸活化-碱抽提工艺的活化酸、抽提碱的种类,反应时间,反应温度等条件对黏结剂黏度和腐植酸提取率的影响,筛选出了适宜从褐煤中制取腐植酸钠的工艺参数。结果表明,从褐煤中提取腐植酸作为型煤黏结剂以HCl作为酸活化剂,用NaOH提取效果比Na2CO3更好。酸活化反应时间60 min,酸活化和碱提取反应温度采用85~95℃为宜。在90℃下,褐煤经HCl活化60 min后,再用NaOH抽提1 h,腐植酸提取率可从传统碱抽提工艺的55.9%提高到酸活化-碱抽提工艺的96.7%。According to the traditional alkali extraction technique hard to alkali insoluble calcium humate, magnesium humate and others extracted from lignite and the lower extraction rate status, with acid applied to as an activator, alkali-insoluble humate was converted to humic acid. Then with alkali applied as an extraction agent, sodium humate type briquette binder could be extracted. The paper had a study on the active acid, type of the extracted alkali, reaction time, reaction temperature and other conditions of the acid activation-alkali extraction technique affected to the viscosity of the binder and the extraction rate of humie acid. The technical parameters suitable for the sodium humate extracted from lignite were screened. The resuhs showed that with the humie acid extracted from the lignite as the briquette binder with HC1 as an acid activator, the extraction effect with NaOH would be better than Na2CO3. The acid activated reaction time as 60 minutes and the reaction temperature of the acid activation and the alkali extraction would be best in 85 - 95℃. Under the temperature of 90℃, after 60 minutes HCl activation of the lignite, with NaOH extraction for one hour, the extraction rate of humic acid could be improved from the 55.9% of the traditional alkali extraction technique to 96. 7% of the acid activation-alkali extraction technique.
