桂参止痛合剂治疗癌性疼痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :进一步验证桂参止痛合剂治疗癌性疼痛的有效性及安全性。方法 :采取双盲对照试验方法及适当设立开放组 ,先后共观察 418例患者 ,其中双盲对照试验组 2 0 4例 ,对照组 114例 ,开放组 10 0例。结果 :该药对中度以上癌性疼痛 ,有效缓解率达 73.5 3% ,同时具有改善肿瘤患者临床症状、提高生活质量的作用。结论OBJECTIVE:To further confirm the efficacy and safety of Guishen analgesic mixture——a traditional Chinese medicine formulation in treatment of cancer pains. METHODS:418 patients were recruited in the study. They were divided into double blind controlled experimental group ( n =204), controlled group ( n =114) and open group ( n =100). RESULTS:The effective rate of Guishen analgesic mixture was 73.53% in treatment of moderate cancer pains and the clinical symptom seems to be improved and so did the quality of life. CONCLUSION: At present, Guishen analgesic mixture may be a promising agent in traditional Chinese medicines for treatment of moderate to severe cancer pains.
