摘 要:对阳泉无烟煤采用两段氧化法,研究其经过空气预氧化处理对碱-氧氧化产品中苯多羧酸(BPCA)产率的影响.通过元素分析、红外光谱、官能团测定对预氧化煤进行分析,阐明煤组成、性质的变化及其对苯多羧酸形成的有利影响.结果表明,阳泉无烟煤最佳预氧化条件为300℃、3h,此条件下处理的煤样,在碱溶液中最佳条件下氧化苯多羧酸对煤的产率为28.95%(daf),与原煤样相比相对提高4.51%.在两段氧化的碱-氧氧化阶段加入12%的乙酸促进剂,苯多羧酸对煤的产率为37.17%(daf),比原煤样相对提高34.19%.Two-stage oxidation is adopted to improve the yield of benzene polycarboxylic acids (BPCA) from Yangquan anthracite. Preoxidation is added to alkali-oxygen oxidation. The samples of preoxided coal are analyzed to investigate the relation between structure, nature and their influences on formation of BPCA by means of ultimate analysis, infrared spectra and analysis of groups. The optimum preoxidation conditions of Yangquan anthracite are obtained. 300 ~C, 3 h. On the basis of optimum preoxidation conditions, the yield of BPCA to coal is 28.95%(daf), about more than 4.51% of that without preoxidation method. With addition of 12% acetic acid in the alkali-oxygen oxidation stage of two-stage oxidation, the yield of BPCA to coal is 37.17% (daf), about more than 34.19% of that without preoxidation method.
