摘　　要：子宫肌瘤是育龄妇女的常见疾病。本文就子宫肌瘤与计划生育相关问题作了阐述,强调子宫肌瘤对生育是否造成影响取决于肌瘤的大小和部位;另一方面,对患子宫肌瘤的妇女,对其可选用的各种节育方法作了评价。Uterine fibroid was a common disease in fertile age women. Uterine fibroid and related aspects with family planning were described in this paper. It was emphasized that the size and the position of fibroids decided the effects on fertility in the patients with uterine fibroid; On the other hand, various fertility regulation methods for women with uterine fibroid were evaluated.
