摘 要:基于对井下电网漏电原理和选择性漏电保护的4种选线方式的分析,确定了漏电保护装置的选线判据,即依据零序功率方向原理并配合零序电流鉴幅法。装置采用高性能DSP芯片和软件比相算法迅速判断漏电并进行保护动作,介绍了井下漏电保护系统的硬件设计和软件设计方案,通过对低压馈电开关进行选择性漏电保护试验,结果表明:该漏电保护系统安全可靠、动作灵敏,缩短了排查故障时间,防止了事故蔓延,有效提高了煤矿井下生产效率和供电安全性。Based on the analysis on the power leakage principle of the underground mine electric power network and the four power cable selection modes of the selective power leakage protection,the power able selection judgments of the power leakage protection were determined.Thus the judgments would be the zero sequence power direction principle and the zero sequence current inspection method.With the high performance DSP chip and the software phase algorithm,the device could rapidly judge the power leakage and could make a protection action.The paper introduced the hardware design and software design plan of the underground minie power leakage protection system.With the selective power leakage protection test conducted on the low voltage feed switch,the results showed that the power leakage protection system with a safety reliability and a sensitive action could reduce the time to seek the faults,could prevent the accident expansion and could effectively improve the production efficiency and safety power supply in underground mine.
