摘  要:目的:比较苏格木勒-10、那仁满都拉、协日嘎-4味汤等三种蒙药复方制剂一日多方与一日单方用法对肾损伤动物模型的肾功能保护作用。方法:将所选三种复方制剂分成一日多方与一日单方四组,进行大鼠甘油致肾损伤试验及大鼠庆大霉素致肾损伤试验,并测定相关指标。结果:甘油致肾损伤试验结果表明,一日多方组大鼠血清Cre、Urea明显降低,血清ALB明显提高;那仁满都拉组及协日嘎-4汤组血清ALB和TP明显提高。苏格木勒-10组ALB也有提高。庆大霉素致肾损伤试验结果表明,一日多方组和协日嘎-4汤组血清Cre、Urea均明显降低,血清SOD活性显著增高;且一日多方组大鼠肾近曲小管及肾小球病变明显好转。结论:一日多方组对大鼠肾损伤动物模型的肾功能保护作用较显著,其作用机制值得进一步研究。一日单方三个组也有一定的肾功能保护作用,其中协日嘎-4味汤肾功能保护作用应进一步深入研究。Objective:To compare the renal protective effects of muhi-day and single-day administrations of three Mongolian compounds Sugemule-10,Narenmandula and Xieriga-4 decoction on renal injury animal models. Methods:Three Mongolian com- pounds were divided into four groups in the way of multi-day (morning; Sugemule-10;night : Narenmandula, Xieriga-4 decoction) and single-day ( Sugemule-10 group, Narenmandula group, Xieriga-4 decoction, twice a day, morning and evening administration). Glycerol induced acute renal injury test and gentamicin induced subaeute renal injury test were carried out, and relevant indexes were detected. Results :The results of glycerol induced acute renal injury test showed that serum Cre and BUN of multi-day rat group were significantly lower( P 〈 0.01 ) , and ALB significantly improved (P 〈 0.01 ) ;ALB and TP of Narenmandula group and Xieriga-4 decoction group were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ) , ALB of Sugemule-10 group was also increased. Gentamicin in- duced kidney injury in subacute test results showed that serum Cre and Urea of multi-day group and Xieriga-4 decoction group were significantly lower(P 〈 0.01 ), muhi-day group, serum SOD activity significantly increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; in the multi-day group, renal proximal tubule and glomerular lesions improved markedly. Conclusion:The renal protective effects of multi-day ad- ministration group on renal injury animal models is significant and worth a further mechanism study. Three groups of single day administration also show certain renal protective effect, of which Xieriga-4 decoction is worth a further study.
