基于集对分析的寻常型银屑病方证相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:通过文献回顾、课题组前期临床数据回顾和临床研究,运用经典统计学原理和联系数学集对分析相结合的方法,分析寻常型银屑病血热证与方药的相关性,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法:研究纳入符合标准的清热凉血中药治疗寻常型银屑病血热证临床疗效相关文献15篇、课题组前期临床数据回顾160例以及临床研究中寻常型银屑病血热证患者92例,运用单因素相关系数法,分析相关性并剔除无统计学意义的因素,变量进入联系数学集对分析,从而量化方药与血热证之间的关联度。结果:联系数学集对分析显示荆芥、白芍、白鲜皮、蜈蚣、全蝎、苦参、金银花、土茯苓、蛇莓、丹皮、生地、蚤休、赤芍、地肤子、莪术等用于治疗寻常型银屑病血热证均为强同势(按势值大小排序),势值均≥7.00。结论:荆芥、白芍、白鲜皮、蜈蚣、全蝎、苦参、金银花、土茯苓、蛇莓、丹皮、生地、蚤休、赤芍、地肤子、莪术等15种中药是寻常型银屑病血热证的相关因素。Objective：Through the review of literature, the review of clinical data of early period of our subject group and clini- cal research, using classical statistical theory and the Set Pair Analysis （ SPA）, analysis on correlation between blood heat syn- drome of psoriasis vulgaris and herbs was made. It can provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods ： The review of literature provided 15 papers about effect of blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris treatment with herbs of removing pathogenic heat from blood. There were 160 cases and 92 patients from the review of clinical data of early period of our subject group and clinical re- search respectively. Analysis of correlation was made and no significant factors with correlation coefficient were removed. Set Pair Analysis use significant factors. Thereby the correlation between herbs and blood heat syndrome can be definited. Results ： SPA showed Jingjie, Baishao, Baixianpi, Wugong, Quanxe, Kushen, Jinyinhua, Tufuling, Shemei, Danpi, Shengdi, Zaoxiu, Chishao, Difuzi and Ezhu are strong sameness state when they are used for blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris treatment. （ Sort by situation value）, situation values ≥7.00. Conclusion：There are 15 herbs correlated with blood heat syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris：Jingjie, Baishao, Baixianpi, Wugong, Quanxe, Kushen, Jinyinhua, Tufuling, Shemei, Danpi, Shengdi, Zaoxiu, Chishao, Difuzi and Ezhu.
