温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗哮喘急性发作期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗支气管哮喘(中医分型为冷哮证)急性发作期的临床疗效。方法:将120例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为试验组和对照组各60例,对照组采用吸入布地奈德吸入剂和茶碱缓释片治疗,试验组予温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏贴敷治疗,两组疗程均为10天。观察比较中医疗效、肺功能FEV1%、ACT评分和证候积分的变化。结果:试验组与对照组治疗后,试验组的中医疗效优于对照组;试验组与对照组治疗后FEV1%和ACT评分与治疗前比较均明显升高,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗后两组FEV1%、ACT评分组间比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组哮喘证候积分明显降低,与治疗前比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温肺平喘颗粒联合固本温肺贴膏治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期临床疗效确切,并能改善肺功能。Objective ：To observe the clinical effieaey of Wentei Pingchuan Granule combined with Guben Wenfei Plaster on asthma at the acute period stage（the syndrome of TCM ：asthma of cold type）. Methods ：120 acute asthma patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ： the control group （ n = 60） and the treatment group （ n = 60 ）. The former were given Budesonide Inhaler and Theophylline Sustained Release Tablets, the latter were given Wenfei Pingchuan Granule combined with Guben Wenfei Plaster for 10 days of treatment course. To observe and compare the clinical efficacy, FEVI % , ACT scores, and TCM syndrome scoring. Re- sults：After treatment,the TCM curative effect in treatment group was better than that in control group, FEV1% and ACT scores of the two groups increased markedly with statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; there was on statistical significance between the two groups after treatment（P 〉 0.05） ;in the two groups,TCM syndrome scoring after treatment decreased notably compared with that before treatment with statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Weufei Pingchuan Granule combined with Guben Wenfei Plaster could treat bronchial asthma at the acute stage and improve lung function.
