化疗药物及复方苦参序贯治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效及免疫指标观察

摘　　要：目的:观察胸腔置管引流化疗药物及复方苦参序贯治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法:对该院2010年4月—2011年8月收治的42例恶性胸腔积液患者行胸腔置管引流,并序贯注入化疗药物(顺铂或羟喜树碱)和中药复方苦参注射液治疗,每周1～2次。结果:胸腔置管引流化疗序贯中药苦参治疗恶性胸腔积液有效率达88.1%,不良反应轻。结论:胸腔置管引流并化疗及中药序贯治疗恶性胸腔积液可提高患者免疫功能,具有疗效好、副作用小、价钱便宜的优势,有较好的临床使用价值。Objective：Observation of chest tube drainage of chemotherapy drugs and Compound Kushen malignant plerural effudion treatde by curative effect was made. Methods ：In our hospital ,from 2010 April to 2011 August ,42 cases of malignant pleural effusion patients were treated with chest tube drainage and sequential injection chemotherapy（ cisplatin or hydroxy campththecin） and traditional Chinese medicine Compound Kushen Injection for 1 ~ 2 times a week. Results ： The effective rate of chest tube drainage chemotherapy sequential therapy of malignant pleura1 effusions was 88.1% and there was few adverse reaction. Conclu- sion ： Chest tube drainage and chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine can improve immune function in patients with malig- nant pleusral effusion,with good efficacy,few side effects. And it is cheap and has good clinical value.
