摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血剂治疗儿童肾病综合征合并高凝状态的疗效。方法:将符合儿童肾病综合症并高凝状态的60例患儿随机分组,对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组予常规强的松治疗,治疗组在采用与对照组相同的西医治疗方案基础上,以益气活血剂为基本方的中药治疗,8周后观察疗效和评价高凝状态。结果:治疗组疗效和高凝状态的改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血剂能提高儿童肾病综合征治疗效果,改善高凝状态。Objective：Discussion on supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation therapy in children with nephrotic syn- drome complicated with high coagulation state effect. Methods ：60 patients with nephrotic syndrome and high coagulation state were divided randomly. The control group and the treatment group had 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine pred- nisone treatment, the treatment group was treated by method of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation besides the same western medicine treatment scheme as the control group. After 8 weeks the observation on curative effect and evaluation of high coagulation state were made. Results ： Effect of the treatment group and high coagulation state improved significantly better than that of the control gTOup（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The method of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation can improve the treatment effect of childreng nephrotic syndrome and relieve high coagulation state.
