康胃愈溃汤Ⅱ号治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察康胃愈溃汤II号治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效,及其对血清胃泌素(GAS)和表皮生长因子(EGF)水平的影响。方法:将100例老年消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组给予康胃愈溃汤II号联合西药治疗,对照组仅予西药治疗,疗程均为6周。观察两组的临床疗效、症状积分变化、溃疡面愈合情况及血清GAS、EGF水平变化。结果:治疗组在临床疗效、症状积分等指标均明显优于对照组;治疗后两组血清GAS水平下降,EGF水平升高,以治疗组改变更明显(P<0.01)。结论:康胃愈溃汤II号联合西药治疗老年消化性溃疡疗效显著,能明显地改善患者的临床症状;其作用机制可能与降低GAS,促进EGF的生成有关。Objective ： To observe the curative effects of Kangwei Yukui Decoction Ⅱ on the old patients with peptic ulcer and its influences on the expression of serum GAS and EGF. Methods ： 100 cases elderly patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 50 cases. The treatment group took Kangwei Yukui Decoction Ⅱ and western medicine, the control group only received western medicine treatment for a period of 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy, symptom score changes, the healing of ulcers and serum GAS and EGF levels were observed. Results：The clinical efficacy, symptom score and other indicators of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group. After treatment, the level of serum GAS reduced and EGF increased, the treatment group had more significant changes （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Kangwei Yukui Decoction Ⅱ combined with western medicine treatment had significant curative effects and can significantly improve clinical symptoms ;its mechanism may be related to decreasing GAS and improving the generation of the EGF.
