摘  要:目的:对辽宁省五味子样品中无机元素含量进行分析,为五味子的栽培管理及质量评价提供参考。方法:采用ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定,SPSS 14.0进行数据统计分析。结果:辽宁省14份五味子样品中5种重金属元素,铜、砷、镉、汞、铅含量及5种元素总含量均未超标;系统聚类分析表明,丹东地区栽培种五味子果实无机元素含量与与野生种较为相似;元素相关性分析表明,五味子果实中多种元素之间显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:该实验结果对辽宁省五味子地域性生态分布、质量评价等有重要的参考价值。Objective : The content of inorganic elements of the samples of Fructus Schisandrae in Liaoning Province was ana- lyzed, providing the reference of the Fructus Schisandrae' s cultivation, management and quality evaluation. Methods : ICP-MS was applied to compare the inorganic elements in the samples and SPSS14.0 was applied to analyze the materials. Results :The content of the heavy metal elements of Cu, As, Cd, Hg, Pb and the overall 5 elements in the 14 samples were all within the standards. The Hierarchical Cluster showed the cultivated Fructus Schisandrae fruits in Dandong areas of Liaoning province was iamiliar to that of the wild species;the correlation analysis results of the elements showed that there were significant correlation among elements of the Fructus Schisandrae fruits( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion:The results have an important reference value for ecological distribution of the regions and quality evaluation of Fructus Schisandrae in Liaoning Province.
