针灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡的选穴特点及分布规律分析

摘　　要：通过检索针灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent oral ulcers,ROU)的相关文献,总结其选穴的特点和穴位分布规律,拟为针灸治疗ROU的基础和临床研究科学合理选穴提供理论依据。结果显示:针灸治疗复发性口腔溃疡选穴频次最高为足三里穴,其次为合谷、三阴交、颊车等穴。针灸治疗ROU选穴突出了近治和远治作用、整体和局部相结合的特点,且以足阳明胃经、手阳明大肠经、足太阴脾经及足少阴肾经为主的分布规律,体现了中医针灸"调整阴阳,扶正祛邪"思想在治疗复发性口腔溃疡治疗中的重要性。By retrieving the related literature of acupuncture treatment of recurrent oral ulcers（ROU） , summaring characteristics and distribution of acupoints selection, it is proposed to provide a theoretical basis for a scientific and rational aeupoints se- lection for basic and clinical research on treating ROU with acupuncture. The result shows that：the highest frequently used points for treatment of ROU are ST36, then followed by LI4, SP6, ST6 and so on. These selected acupuncture points highlight the local and remote therapeutic effect and the combination of global and local treatment in treating ROU, and are mainly located on stom- ach meridian of foot-Yangming, large intestine meridian of hand-Yangming, Spleen Meridian of foot-Taiyin, and kidney meridian of Foot-Shaoyin, and all of which reflecting the great importance of the TCM conception of adjusting Yin and Yang and strengthening the vital Oi to expel the evils in treating ROU.
