热暴露对大鼠应激器官重量的影响及枸杞多糖的干预作用

摘  要:目的:探讨不同时间长度的热暴露对大鼠体温、体重及应激器官重量的影响及枸杞多糖的干预作用。方法:选用雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分为对照组、热暴露组及热暴露+枸杞多糖组。对照组:置于室温24℃的环境中;热暴露组与热暴露+枸杞多糖组:环境温度为32℃,分别进行7、14、35天的热暴露;采用体温遥感技术监测大鼠体温变化,并摘取其脑垂体及肾上腺等器官为实验标本。结果:不同时间长度的热暴露各组对大鼠的体温和体重均无影响;7天热暴露可增加大鼠脑垂体和肾上腺的相对重量,而14和35天的热暴露对大鼠脑垂体及肾上腺的相对重量无影响。结论:长时间的热暴露可使机体产生热适应,枸杞多糖对急性热应激引起的应激器官相对重量的增加无缓解作用。Objective : To investigate the effects of different heat exposure times on body temperature and body weight and rela- tive weight of organ and intervention of LBP in rats. Methods : Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups. Rats were kept in a room with temperature 24℃ in control group, while the rats were exposed to heat in 32℃ in heat exposure and heat ex- posure + LBP group, which were consist of 7,14 and 35 days exposure in heat groups. Body temperature was measured by teleme- try, then pituitary and adrenal gland were picked up. Results:Different time heat exposure did not affect the body temperature and body weight of rats. Seven days heat exposure increased relative weight of pituitary and adrenal gland ,while 14 and 35 days heat exposure did not affect those in rats. Conclusion:Long time heat exposure could make body to engender heat acclimation in rats, but LBP did not show relief of stress organ increase in acute heat exposure.
