摘　　要：介绍了大断面球铁件滑枕的生产条件,采用SEM和EDX等手段分析与讨论了铸件常出现变异石墨、缩松、渣孔、缩孔等收缩缺陷的原因,提出了预防缺陷的措施。认为严格控制原材料的质量,采用废钢稀释生铁,优化轻、重稀土的配比和用量,提高C含量,降低浇注温度,采用小剂量随流瞬时孕育处理等措施是解决铸件缺陷的有效途径。Production conditions of large cross-section ductile iron ram are introduced,the causes of abnormal graphite,dispersed shrinkage,slag blowhole and shrinkage are analyzed and discussed by using SEM and EDX,and the prevention measures are also put forward.The effective measures such as strict control of raw materials,dilution of pig iron by scrap steel,optimization ratio of light to heavy rare earth,increasing carbon content,lower pouring temperature,the use of small dose instantaneous stream inoculation,are adopted to solve the casting defects.
