摘　　要：目的探讨髋关节X线摄影中性腺的防护。方法在髋关节X线摄影中采用直接屏蔽防护方法、杯桶状防护方法或阴影屏蔽防护方法对患者性腺进行防护,测量患者性腺处的X线吸收剂量的减少量。结果采用1铅当量的屏蔽防护后,受检者性腺的X线吸收剂量可以减少98%以上,达到了预期的防护效果。结论在保证所摄图像质量不影响诊断效果的前提下,对被检者的性腺部位采取必要的防护措施,是关系到受检者身心健康的一项大事,且与国家法规相符。Objective To explore protection of gonad in the hip X-ray photography.Methods Using direct shielding methods,protective cup barrel methods or shadow shielding methods to protect the gonad in patients,then to measure the reduction of the X-ray absorption dose of the patient＇s gonad in the hip X-ray photography.Results The X-ray absorption dose of the gonad of the subjects can be reduced by 98% or more after using a lead equivalent shielding,to achieve the desired protective effect.Conclusion Ensure that the camera in image quality and does not affect the diagnostic results of the premise,was seized by the gonad position to take the necessary protective measures,both related to the subjects of a major physical and mental health and consistent with national regulations.
