摘　　要：本文从可靠性理论出发,阐述了可靠性与精度以及权的关系,由测量上的可靠性,上升到哲学上的可靠性。指出:可靠性的哲学意义是:在一个社会系统中,一个人的可靠性与他的权成反比,权越大,其可靠性越低,却是不可缺少的;权越小,越可靠,虽然如此,但宜除去不用。Based on reliability theory, the relationship among reliability, precision and weight/power were discussed in this paper, and the reliability in the field of surveying was extended into the field of philosophy. It proposed the philosophy meaning of reliability that ： in a social system, the reliability of a person is proportional to his power, more power means less reliability and indispensable; less power means more reliability and dispensable.
