摘　　要：在阐述建立湿地生态补偿制度必要性和紧迫性的基础上,初步探讨了建立我国湿地生态补偿制度的内涵及理论依据,提出了湿地生态补偿原则、补偿范围、补偿对象、补偿标准和补偿资金来源等建议。The paper first indicates the necessity and urgency to establish ecological compensation system for wetland, then initially explore the connotation and theoretical basis of establishment of China＇ s wetland ecological compensation system, propose a wetland ecological compensation principle, the compensation range, the object of compensation, compensation standard, and compensation funding sources.
