摘 要:目的探讨诊疗卡与银医卡在提高门诊诊疗服务中的应用效果。方法在门诊诊疗过程中,利用门诊信息管理系统,实行"诊疗卡"与"银医卡"就诊模式。比较传统的就诊模式与"诊疗卡"与"银医卡"就诊模式,病[摘要]人的就诊时间、医疗纠纷发生率和患者满意度。结果通过实施"诊疗卡"与"银医卡"就诊模式,患者的就诊时间从(9.56±1.0)min缩短至(8.16±1.0)min;患者医疗纠纷发生率从0.08‰下降到0.03‰;满意度从93.33%提高到96.67%,两种就诊模式比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 "诊疗卡"与"银医卡"就诊模式,缩短了患者的就诊时间,提高了患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷发生率。Objective To determine the application effect of "diagnosis and treatment card" and "silver medical card" in improving the outpatient medical service.Methods "diagnosis and treatment card"and "silver medical card" was used in the course of outpatient treatment by applying the hospital information management system.The index including the time outpatient used,patient's satisfaction and incidence of medical disputes was compared traditioned medical model with "diagnosis and treatment card " and "silver medical card " mode.Results Through the implementation of the "diagnosis and treatment card" and "silver medical card" model,the time of outpatients spended was reduced from(9.56±1.0)min reduced to(8.16±1.0)min;outpatient's satisfaction increased from 93.33% to 96.67%;incidence of medical disputes decreased from 0.08‰ to 0.03 ‰,compared with two models,P 0.05,the different has statistical significant.Conclusion "Diagnosis and treatment card" and "silver medical card" model can shorten outpatient's treatment time,improve outpatient's satisfaction and ruduce the incidence of the medical disputes.
