摘  要:本文综述了微流控芯片设计方法的研究进展,归纳和总结了目前主要的设计方法,包括数值模拟法和基于宏模型的设计方法。最后介绍了宏-微模型设计方法,通过建立宏-微接口,实现了数值模拟和宏模型的灵巧桥接,有助于改善微流控芯片设计方法的兼容性和自适应性。Microfluidic devices can transport microliter-volume reagent to accomplish a series of experimental steps such as separation,mixing,and reaction that have the advantages of low sample consumption,fast analysis speed and portability.Recently,design of microfluidic devices has been a hot topic and major aspect in microfluidic.In this paper,the progress of computer aided design method of microfluidic devices was reviewed,and the main design methods including the numerical simulation methods and the methods based on macro-model were summarized.At last,a novel macro-micro-model design method was introduced.By establishing the macro-micro interface,the smart bridge connection between simulation and macro-model can be realized,which helps to improve the compatibility and selfadaptation of the microfluidic chips design.
