普萘洛尔试验在鉴别中青年女性肿瘤患者心电图ST-T改变性质中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨普萘洛尔试验在鉴别未经治疗的中青年女性肿瘤患者心电图ST-T改变性质中的临床应用价值。方法选择154例年龄18～49岁,心电图具有非特异性ST-T改变,心率>80bpm的女性为研究对象,其中78例肿瘤患者标记为A组,76例健康女性标记为B组。在给予口服普萘洛尔20mg后,分别在30min、60min、120min记录心电图,比较服药后两组心电图ST-T的变化。结果 A组普萘洛尔试验阳性67例,阳性率为85.9%;B组普萘洛尔试验阳性70例,阳性率达92.1%,两组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普萘洛尔试验可以用于鉴别未经治疗的中青年女性肿瘤患者心电图ST-T改变的性质,与其应用于健康女性具有相似的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of propranolol test on the identification of ST-T changes in electrocardiogram in young and middle-age women with cancer.Methods 154 women aged 18 to 49 years whose heart rates were all above 80 bpm and had non-specific ST-T change in electrocardiogram were selected.78 cancer patients of them were marked as group A,while other 76 healthy women were marked as group B.All the women were given propranolol 20 mg orally,and then their electrocardiograms were recorded respectively after 30 min,60 min and 120 min.The ST-T changes in electrocardiogram were compared between the two groups.Results There were 67 cases having positive result after propranolol test in group A,with a positive rate of 85.9%,and 70 cases in group B,with a positive rate of 92.1%.No significant difference was observed between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical application value of propranolol test on the identification of ST-T changes in electrocardiogram of young and middle-age women with cancer was similar with that on healthy women.
