摘　　要：空气动力型(俗称草帽型)玻璃绝缘子在交流输电线路上使用十分普遍,而在直流输电工程的覆冰区采用尚属首次。该公司为满足直流输电工程的技术要求,对空气动力型直流产品进行了设计选型、工艺试验和元件研制的研究工作,择优选取了该型产品结构并投入了批量生产,经过定型试验、技术鉴定和挂网运行验证,该型产品在抗冰害事故中有较高的可靠性。The open profile type（known as straw hat type） glass insulators are generally using on the AC transmission lines, but the first used on the DC lines in the icing area. In order to meet the technical request of DC lines project, Nanjing Electric do the research of design type selection, process test and component manufacture for open profile type DC insulators. This structure is selected preferen- tially and put into batch production. After type test and technical qualification and verified by operation in network,this product has high reliability in the anti-ice damage accident.
