摘  要:目的探讨微波辐射和超重环境的协同作用对大鼠骨代谢的影响。方法用Wistar大鼠在6G环境下进行200mW/cm2的微波照射,检测各组大鼠血清骨钙素、羟脯氨酸含量、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性、乙酰胆碱酯酶活性,观察林蛙油和角鲨烯的干预效果。结果微波辐射和超重环境协同作用,可导致大鼠血清骨钙素含量降低、羟脯氨酸含量升高,抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶活性降低,乙酰胆碱酯酶活性降低;林蛙油干预对微波辐射和超重环境造成的骨钙素含量降低及羟脯氨酸含量升高起到保护作用。结论微波辐射和超重环境协同作用可增强大鼠的溶骨作用而抑制成骨作用;林蛙油的干预效应优于角鲨烯。OBJECTIVE To investigate the synergistic action of microwave radiation and overweight environment on serum osteocalcin in rats. METHODS Wistar rats were exposed to microwave of 200mW / cm2 under the +6G environment, then the osteocalcin content, the hydroxyproline content, the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity, and the acetylcholine esterase activity in serum were detected, and the effect of intervention with Rana sylvatica Le conte oil and spinacene was observed. RESULTS After the synergism of microwave radiation and overweight environment, the serum osteocalcin content decreased, hydroxyproline content increased, the tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase activity and the acetylcholine esterase activity degraded. The intervention of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil protected the decrease of serum osteocalcin and the increase of hydroxyproline caused by the synergistic action of microwave radiation and overweight environment. CONCLUSION The microwave radiation and overweight environment may enhance osteolysis and inhibit osteogenesis in rats, and the intervention effect of Rana sylvatica Le conte oil is better than that of the spinacene.
