经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗前列腺增生症后院内感染影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生症患者经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术后出现院内感染的影响因素。方法收集2008年1月～2011年11月在某院泌尿外科住院治疗的发生院内感染经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗的120例前列腺增生症患者与随机抽取的未发生院内感染的经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗的120例前列腺增生症患者的临床资料,比较2组患者的临床资料的异同。结果发生院内感染与未发生院内感染的经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗前列腺增生症的患者临床特点不尽相同。年龄、夏季手术、手术时间长、合并其他基础疾病情况是经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗的前列腺增生症患者发生院内感染的危险因素,预防应用抗生素是经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗的前列腺增生症患者发生院内感染的保护因素。结论经尿道双极等离子前列腺腔内分段剜切术治疗的前列腺增生症患者发生院内感染与患者自身的多种因素有关,应针对发生院内感染的影响因素采取相应的临床医疗措施,减少患者发生院内感染,减轻患者的痛苦,改善患者的预后。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influential factors of patients with hospital infection who were benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma. METHODS We collected clinical data of one hundred twenty cases of patients with or without hospital infection who were benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma, who were treated in the department of urinary surgery in our hospital from January 2008 to November 2011. The clinical features between two groups were analyzed. RESULTS The clinical features of patients with hospital infection who were benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma were different from patients without hospital infection who were benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma.Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that age, summer surgery, long operation time, patients with other underlying diseases were the risk factors for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma. Using antibiotics had a protective effect on patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma. CONCLUSION Patients with hospital infection who were benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma WERE affected by many factors. We should take the appropriate measures of the influential factors, reduce the rate of hospital infection of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia by bipolar transurethral resection of prostate plasma, alleviate the suffering of patients and improve the prognosis of them.
