摘　　要：上海轨道交通2号线西西延伸工程是上海虹桥综合交通枢纽交通中心配套工程的重要组成部分,面临着大型轨道交通枢纽建设、虹桥枢纽一体化建设、穿越机场滑行区及航站楼、利用既有线运送轨料、工期紧等诸多难题。对该工程建设过程中的难点进行了梳理分析,从线网统筹规划、灵活调整施工筹划、设计和施工优化、科技攻关保障等方面总结了解决工程瓶颈、确保工程顺利实施的经验,并提出了控制和管理大型复杂轨道交通项目的技术对策。The west extension of Shanghai rail transit Line 2 is an important part of Shanghai Hongqiao Comprehensive Transportation Hub, there are many engineering difficul- ties in the construction. In this paper, these difficulties are analyzed from the aspects of network overall planning, flexible adjustment planning, optimization of design and implement, measurements to ensure scientific and technical research. Finally, the successful experiences of engineering implementation are summarized and technical countermeas- ures for management of large and comprehensive rail tran- sit project are proposed.
