摘 要:制定城市轨道交通的票价策略,必须考虑客流、运营组织、运营成本的因素。借鉴国内外城市的先进经验,结合哈尔滨城市居民的消费水平,研究城市居民支出承受能力范围内的轨道交通票价。采用交通规划软件,考虑网络环境和票价策略对客流的影响,根据轨道交通运营成本构成,分析运营收入的预期值。研究表明,单一制票价情况下旅客的平均乘距大于分段计费制票价。但是经济效益小于分段计费制票价。哈尔滨应采用分段计费制票价。To formulate a ticket price strategy according to the socio-economic development of Harbin City, the fac- tors of passenger flow, operating organization and operat- ing cost must be put into consideration, and the advanced experiences of foreign cities shall be learnt in combination with the consumption level of Harbin citizens. Also, it is necessary to analyze the impact of pricing strategy on net- work environment and passenger flow by adopting trans- port planning software, to analysis the expected operating income based on the composition of rail operation cost. As the result shows that under a single system, collected pas- senger fares by distance are greater than that under the av- erage section price system, but the economic benefits are worse, therefore Harbin should adopt the section price sys- tem.
