羚羊角口服液联合激素治疗重型手足口病60例

摘　　要：目的探讨羚羊角口服液联合激素治疗重型手足口病（HFMD）的疗效。方法选取郑州市儿童医院内科重症监护室（PICU）2011年1-11月收治的重型HFMD患儿120例。随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例，治疗组患儿给予羚羊角口服液联合激素结合西医常规治疗，对照组患儿仅给予激素结合西医常规治疗，对所有入选病例详细记录发热、皮疹、惊颤、嗜睡、抽搐等症状变化，比较两组患儿退热时间、止痉时间及疱疹、咽颊红肿等临床表现消退时间。结果羚羊角口服液联合激素结合西医常规治疗组对婴幼儿HFMD急性期症状改善明显优于对照组，能够有效缩短发热、抽搐、疱疹消退时间和咽颊消肿时间（P〈0．05）。结论羚羊角口服液联合激素结合西医常规治疗重型婴幼儿HFMD有较好的临床疗效，值得临床推广。Objective To explore clinical effect of antelope horn oral liquid combined with glucocorticoid therapy on se- vere hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods One hundred and twenty children with HFMD from Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Children＇s Hospital of Zhengzhou between Jan to Nov 2011 were randomLy divided into treatment group and control group, each group were 60 cases.Treatment group were treated with antelope horn oral liquid combined with gluco- corticoid plus medicine western routine therapy, control group were treated with glueocorticoid plus medicine western rou- tine therapy only. Changes of fever, rash, surprised and chatter, drowsiness, shock and other symptoms were recorded in all cases. The disappear times of febrile, shock, herpes and pharyngeal buccal redness were compared between two groups. Results Improvement of acute phase symptoms in antelope horn oral liquid combined with glucocorticoid plus medicine western routine therapy group were better than those in control group. Antelope horn oral liquid combined with glucocorti- coid plus medicine western routine therapy could decurtate disappear times of febrile, shock, herpes and pharyngeal buccal redness （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Antelope horn oral liquid combined with glucocorticoid plus medicine western routine therapy on severe HFMD in infants have better clinical effect, deserve the clinical expansion.
