肋骨纯钛接骨板内固定治疗连枷胸的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肋骨纯钛接骨板内固定在连枷胸治疗中的疗效。方法64例连枷胸患者随机分为两组,采用不同的治疗方法,其中观察组32例连枷胸患者均于全麻下给予肋骨纯钛接骨板内固定术治疗,对照组给予加压包扎、肋骨牵引或呼吸机正压通气内固定等非手术疗法。观察两组患者机械通气时间、ICU监护时间、住院天数、肺炎发病率等指标。结果治疗后观察组的机械通气时间、ICU监护时间、住院天数、肺炎发病率分别为(10.5±2.9)d、(12.1±3.5)d、(17.1±6.9)d、24%,明显少于对照组的(15.3±6.6)d、(16.1±3.7)d、(22.8±9.0)d、77%(P<0.05),术后观察组肺功能改善情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肋骨纯钛接骨板内固定治疗连枷胸安全有效。Objective To discuss the application value of titanium plate fixation ribs for flail chest. Methods The clinical retrospective data of 64 cases with flail chest, respectively treated by non-operative treatment （n = 32） and titanium plate fixation ribs （n = 32） were analyzed. Results The average ICU stay time, mechanical ventilation time, average hospital stay time, the incidence of pneumonia of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical control rate and the improvement of pulmonary function in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The technique of titanium plate fixation ribs for flail chest is safe and effective.
