摘　　要：政府研发资助与企业R&D投入关系的研究结论存在显著差异,基于Meta分析方法对国内外相关文献进行定量综述,并对可能影响两者关系的调节因素进行探索性分析。研究发现,在一般意义上,政府研发资助对企业R&D投入产生互补效应;基于国内样本的Meta分析效果不甚理想,揭示出我国基础数据库建设的必要性;数据类型、研究年限、滞后变量的引入等研究设计的某些特征部分调节着两者的关系。There are significantly different conclusions about the relationship between government R＆D subsi- dies and private R＆D investment. The paper reviews relevant literature quantitatively by meta--analytic method, and then further explores factors that affect their relationship. The result shows that generally there is a complement effect between R＆D subsidies and private R＆D investment. The result of meta--analysis based on domestic studies is not so good, that reveals the need for the construction of relevant database in China. Besides, some characteristics of research design such as date type, study period, the introduction of lagged variable regulate the relationship be- tween government subsidies and private R＆D investment.
