摘　　要：采用CHINGEM模型模拟了区财政科技投入对经济发展的长短期影响,结果显示:财政科技投入对区经济整体发展的长期推动作用显著高于短期,对以畜牧业(或矿产资源)为主的产业短期推动作用高于(低于)长期,对"金三角"三市经济长期推动作用高于蒙东5盟市;比较经济长短影响,发现财政科技投入对经济发展的推动作用受资源类型、增长级距离、国家地区经济发展整体战略等外生因素的约束。TIn this paper,CHINGEM model to simulate the area of financial technology investment short and long term impact on economic development,the results show： the financial technology investment to the region＇s overall economic development was significantly higher than the long-term role in promoting short-term,for the animal（or mineral） based higher short-term role in promoting the industry（below） the long-term,the ＂Golden Triangle＂ of the three cities is higher than long-term economic boost Mondon five Union City;the length of a comparative analysis of the economic impact that the financial investment in science and technology in promoting economic development role by resource type,growth pole distance,the overall national strategy for regional economic development and other exogenous factors constraints.
