摘　　要：加强科技与金融的结合,有效的规避结合风险是增强自主创新能力、实现经济发展方式转变的重要保证,是促进科技开发、科技成果转化和提升金融自身创新活力发展的强大动力,是培养战略性新兴产业、加快经济发展和层次变动的有力支撑。将科技与金融相结合,可以使得科学技术与金融市场之间的相互约束更加紧密,并且能够持续地联系在一起,依靠市场机制,就能实现这种相互的约束和联系。The combination of technology and finance to enhance the effective combination of risk aversion is to enhance the capability of independent innovation,change the mode of economic development an important guarantee,is to promote technological development,scientific and technological achievements and innovations to enhance the vitality of the financial development of a strong self-motivation,is to develop strategic emerging industries,changes to speed up economic development and a strong level of support.The combination of technology and finance,science and technology can make the interaction between financial markets and the constraints more closely linked and can continue to rely on market mechanisms,will be able to achieve this mutual constraint and contact.
