摘　　要：采用中国省级层面1997～2009年面板数据实证研究了社会资本和制度因素对研发资本投入产出绩效的影响。结果发现,社会资本的认知维度和结构维度对技术创新的产出影响是不同的,我国专利产出的增加主要依靠本国的研发投入和制度的完备程度,技术市场交易额更多地依赖于社会资本的积累和产权的制度化。The paper uses chinese provincial level panel data （1997--2009） to study the influence of social capital and the institutional factors to R＆D input and output performance. The results find that cognitive dimensions and constructure dimensions of social capital have different influence on the output of technology innovation. The increase patent output in our country mainly rely on their investment and the institutional complete level and the technology market turnover depends more on social capital accumulation and the institutionalization of property rights.
