摘  要:[目的]研究松蘑提取液对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠的抗氧化作用。[方法]将50只小鼠随机分成空白对照组、模型组和松蘑提取液低、中、高剂量组,采用D-半乳糖复制衰老模型,试验6周后处死动物,测定血清、脑及肝脏中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。[结果]松蘑提取液可明显提高衰老小鼠血清、脑及肝脏中的SOD和GSH-Px的活性,降低MDA的含量,且呈剂量依赖性。[结论]松蘑提取液有一定的抗衰老作用,其机制可能与抗氧化作用有关。[Objectivel To study the antioxidant effects of Tricholoma matsutake extracting solution on aging mice induced by D-galactose. [ Method ] 50 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group,low-dose group, middle-dose group, and high-dose group. Aging mice were induced by D-galactose and they were killed after six weeks. The SOD activity, GSH-Px activity and MDA content in mice serum, bran and liver were detected. [ Result ] T. matsutake extracting solution could significantly enhance the SOD activity and GSH-Px activity in mice serum,bran and liver, and reduce the MDA content. And there was dose-dependent effects. [ Conclusion] T. matsutake extracting solution had certain anti-aging effects, and the mechanism might had certain relationship with the antioxidation.
