健骨通痹冲剂配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察健骨通痹冲剂配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：采用健骨通痹冲剂配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症160例，另设健骨通痹冲剂做对照组，观察两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为98．75％，对照组总有效率为87．18％，经统计学处理，P〈0．05，两组间有显著差异，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：本法突出中医特点，整体与局部的调解，内治与外治的有机结合，健骨通痹冲剂加推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症明显优于单纯健骨通痹冲剂，是解除病人痛苦行之有效地方法。Objectivs： To observe the curative effect of intervetebral dics by combing baeRaehe and Legache pill with massage. Method ： To treat 160 hernia of interverebral dics by employing BaeRache and Legache pill and massage. The comparative groups is em- ployed. Simply bacRache anal Legache pill to observe clinical of the two groups. Resurt： The general efficiency on treatment group is 98.75%,comparative group is 87.18%. With statrstic disposing, P 〈 0.05 ,There are string different on two groups. Conclulion ：The cura- tive effect of the treatment group is better than the comparative groups.
