高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：评价高压氧治疗急性一氧化碳中毒的疗效。方法：对32例急性一氧化碳中毒患者采用高压氧治疗，同时辅以药物治疗。结果：23例患者中20例痊愈，2例显效，1例好转，治疗有效率95．65％，治愈率86．96％。结论：采用高压氧为主治疗急性一氧化碳中毒患者有显著的临床疗效。Objective To evaluate clinical curative effect of ACOP with HBO treatment. Methods 23 patients were basically treated with HBO, and auxiliary routine medicine treatments. Results 20 cases cured, 2 cases effected and 1 case improved of 23 patients were observed. Every type patients＇s treatment efficiency reached to 95.65%, and the cure rate was 86.96% . Conclusion It had good clinical curative effects of ACOP with HBO treatment.
