浅谈医院建设工程施工合同管理中的有关问题

摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和科技进步的日新月异,我国的建筑业在新时代的浪潮中稳步前进,工程建筑是一项利国利民的伟大事业,祖国繁荣富强,百姓安居乐业都离不开建筑业在其中所起的重要作用。在生活节奏逐步加快的今天,建筑行业由于新技术的革新,新理念的引进,新材料的发现等是其发展速度不断加快,人们在不断追求"提速"同时也不要乱了章法,工程保质保量的完成是任何工程项目建设的最终目的。所以为了建筑项目达到质量高,工期短,造价低的目的,对于工程项目的合同管理就显得尤为重要,施工合同是业主与施工方之间签署的关于施工过程中各项内容所达成的具有法律效力的书面文件,保护双方各自的利益,也保障了工程施工中各项环节能够顺利的完成。作为医院建设工程,其体现的社会利益远比经济利益大,所以在建设的过程中更不得有任何闪失。笔者从事工程管理工作多年,通过多年的工作经验,略述己见,探讨了为了保证医院建设工程能够如目标所述完成医院对于所签订的合同进行管理时就应该注意的几个方面。With China＇s economic development and technological progress with each passing day,China＇s construction industry has a steady progress in the wave of a new era.The engineering construction benefits the nation and the people and plays an important role in the prosperity of the motherland and the good and prosperous life of people.Today the pace of life is gradually accelerating,and the speed of the development of construction industry is accelerating due to the innovation of new technologies,the introduction of new ideas and the discovery of new materials.When pursuing the ＂speed＂,people should not make a blunder.The insurance of the quality and quantity of engineering is the ultimate goal of any project construction.To achieve the purpose of high-quality,short duration and low cost,the contract management of projects is particularly important.The construction contract which is signed between the owners and the construction side is the written document with legal authority to protect the interests of each of the parties and protect the smooth construction.As the hospital construction project,the social interest it reflected is larger than its economic interests,so it should not have any mishap in the building process.The author has engaged in the work of the project management for many years.Through years of work experience,the author outlined his views and points out several aspects that should pay attention to in the management process of hospital contract.
