摘　　要：草根大学生是我国高等教育过度扩招及当前大学生就业困难现状下催生出来的一个特殊群体。草根大学生会自觉地历练自己的创业意识与素质,但是他们的创业之路却充满着辛酸与无奈,同时创业成功率持续走低。寻求有效支持草根大学生创业的路径,需要得到政府层面的支持,得到高校的支持,同时创业者对此也要有清醒的认识并作好充分的准备。The grass roots university students is a special group that spawned out of the current over enrollment of higher education and the status under the students employment difficulties. The grass roots university students will consciously experience the entrepreneurial awareness and the quality of their own, but their entrepreneurial path is filled with bitterness and frustration, while the business continued low success rate. To seek the effective support for the grass-roots students entrepreneurial path, its need to be supported by the government level, to get the support of universities, as the same time, the entrepreneurs should have to have a clear understanding of these situation and be fully prepared.
