摘　　要：确保大学生的安全与稳定,不仅关系到高校的自身建设与发展,而且关系到国家的长治久安。立足于大学生安全稳定工作,必须坚持着眼长远和把握全局的思想方法,搞好总结分析和实践探索,超于眼前看到长远,超越一切看到全局,透过现象看到本质,从感性认识上升到理性认识。高校要立足于工作实际,深入研究把握工作中的季节性规律,本着客观条件与主观认识结合的原则,归纳和总结规律性特点,并依据规律特点开展工作。To ensure the security and stability of university students, not only to the university＇s sellconstruction and development, but also to the country＇s long-term stability. Based on the students security and stability, we must adhere to the thinking of seeing from the long term and grasping the overall situation, do well the summarization, analysis and practice exploration, the university should see over in the long term, beyond all that the overall situation, see through the essence of the phenomenon, up to rational knowledge from the perceptual knowledge. The universities should base on the actual work, deeply study and grasp the seasonal law during the work, in line with the principle of the combination of objective conditions and subjective awareness, and summarize the regularity features, and carry out the work according to the law features.
