我国退役待安置运动员安置影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查了影响我国退役待安置运动员安置的因素,运用Aldosary等人提出的重要性指数计算公式和因素分析对数据进行了处理,并深入分析了影响退役待安置运动员安置难的因素。结果显示,影响我国退役待安置运动员的因素主要是运动员的文化素质和综合能力、运动员择业和就业观念以及运动员所获得比赛名次。在各个调查问题的背后,主要包含个人资本、体制和制度以及省市经济和体育发展等共同因素。提出了我国退役待安置运动员的安置建议。Method of questionnaires was employed in this research to gain factors of rearrangement of the retired athlete. And the data was statistically dealt with by index formula proposed by Aldosary and factor analysis method. Factors of rearrange- ment of the retired athletes were then thoroughly broken down with results as follows. Factors like educational experience and comprehensive abilities, and choice of job along with concept of employment constitute the main elements to hold sway over the said resettlement. Behind each investigation project there are also such factors as individual fortune, running mechanism, rules and different economic and sports development in each province. The suggestions were accordingly put forward on how to properly rearrange retired athletes in China.
