嗅觉和视觉引诱物对白纹伊蚊产卵行为的影响

摘　　要：为提高孕蚊诱捕器的诱捕效果,进行白纹伊蚊产卵行为影响因素的研究.室内养蚊笼内放置7个产卵杯,其中1杯做为测试杯.测试杯中为自来水时,其中产卵量百分率平均值为（6.01±1.93）%;测试杯中为蚊虫饲养液（嗅觉引诱物）时,其中产卵量百分率平均值为（32.34±3.74）%;测试杯中为红布条（视觉引诱物）时,其中的产卵量百分率平均值为（45.48±5.21）%;测试杯中为蚊虫饲养液和红布条（嗅觉和嗅觉引诱物）时,其中产卵量的百分率平均值为（76.85±3.07）%,显著高于自来水、蚊虫饲养水或者红布条等单独引诱物存在时的情况,而且平均产卵杯数为（2.03±0.12）.研究结果表明,嗅觉和视觉引诱物联合作用对白纹伊蚊的产卵行为有显著的影响.For sticky ovitraps or other lethal ovitraps, it is important to find some attractants to attract gravid females to lay eggs in the ovitraps. The experiments were conducted in a cage containing seven cups for gravid mosquitoes to lay eggs. The test cup was placed in the center of cages and the content in the test cup changed as tap water, the larvae culture water or the red velour strip according to different tests, and other cups contained tap water. When all cups contained tap water alone, the mean percentage of eggs laid in the test cup was （6. 01±1.93）%. While in response to the larvae cuhure water or the red velour strip in the test cup, the mean percentage of eggs laid in the test cup was （32.34 ±3.74） % and （45.48± 5.21 ）% respectively. In response to the red velour strip and the larvae culture water, the mean number of cups used for ovipositon by each female was （2.03 ±0. 12） , which was significantly less than those used in response to water alone; and the mean percentage of eggs laid in the test cup was （76.85 ± 3.07） %. The results suggested that the integration of larvae culture water and the red velour strip could attract more gravid females to lay eggs in the test cups.
