医学微孢子茵研究概况

摘　　要：微孢子菌病是一种新发现的机会性感染，常见于AIDS感染者、器官移植患者、儿童、旅行者、角膜接触镜佩戴者及老年人，可表现出广泛的临床综合征。本文对医学微孢子菌生物学和种属特征等方面的研究概况进行综述。Microsporidiosis is truly an emerging opportunistic infection with a rapidly broadening clinical spectrum of diseases, and have been recognized more frequently and in a wider range of human populations including in AIDS patients, organ transplant recipients, children, travelers, contact lens wearers and the elderly. We reviewed the biologic and species characteristics of the mierosporidian species that have been identified as human pathogens.
