摹仿签名笔迹特征的识别及鉴定价值分析研究

摘　　要：摹仿签名笔迹鉴定在司法实践中比较常见,它是笔迹鉴定中较难的一种。结合图片说明对摹仿签名笔迹特征的识别及其鉴定价值,以期在司法实践中,对提升鉴定人鉴定水平和能力,提高摹仿签名笔迹鉴定结论的准确性与客观性提供一定的参考依据。The signature imitation appraisal is common in the judicial practice,which is the harder kind of the handwriting verification,and it is usually applied in the debit note,the receipt,the contract and the instruction handwriting by the suspects.This article aims at the combining of picture to explain the analysis of recognition and appraisal value of the signature handwriting imitation,and we hope to heighten the level and ability of the appraisal taker in the judicial practice,to improve the correctness and the subject,for which offers certain reference.
