摘　　要：介绍了一种新型钢丝网架点焊机的研制 ,该焊机主要是针对一种轻型建材钢丝网架聚苯乙烯夹心板的焊接生产而设计的 .所设计的控制电路 ,利用双单稳电路 IC,实现了点焊过程周波控制、过零触发 ,以及防重触发和误触发功能 ,保证了焊接过程稳定、可靠 .焊枪的设计满足焊接工艺的要求 。A new type of spot welder for wire gauze welding is introduced. It is designed for producing a light duty building materials—the plate made of wire gauze with polystyrene. The control circuit made up of double monostable circuit IC has realized some remarkable functions, such as cycle control, zero crossing trigger, and preventing from repeated and error trigger. The design of spot welding gun is simple and reliable to operate. [WT4”HZ]
