摘　　要：根据鸭生长激素(GH)基因序列设计5对引物,利用PCR-SSCP方法和测序技术对狮头鹅、皖西白鹅和籽鹅进行单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析,检测鹅GH外显子序列单核苷多态位点,寻找与生长相关的遗传标记。结果表明:外显子2和4各有2个位点碱基发生突变,分别产生10种和3种基因型。3个群体在外显子2和4位点基因型频率分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡(P>0.05),而品种间,P2位点狮头鹅与籽鹅基因型频率分布差异极显著,P4位点狮头鹅与皖西白鹅和籽鹅基因型频率分布差异极显著,其余品种间基因型频率分布差异不显著。最小二乘分析显示,各周龄体重在各群体中有极显著差异,仅P4位点具有基因型效应,AA型个体各周龄体重高于其他基因型。结果初步表明GH基因的P4位点可作为鹅生长性状的候选遗传标记。This experiment was conducted to study single nucleotide polymorphism of growth hormone （GH） gene, in order to find genetic marker influencing growth traits in goose. Five pairs of primers were designed according to the se quence of GH gene of duck, the SNPs of $hitou goose, Wanxi white goose and Zi goose were detected by PCR-SSCP and confirmed by sequencing. The association of polymorphism of GH gene with the growth traits was analyzed. The results indicated that both primer P~ and P4 had two nucleotide mutations, which resulted in ten and three genotypes, and all of the three groups fit with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in Pz and P4 locus （P^0.05）, and the distribution of them was dif ferent, and the frequencies of genotypes was significantly different between shitou goose and Zi goose （P^0.01） in Pz lo- cus as well as in P4 locus. The least square on genotypes and groups analysis showed that there were significant differ- ences （P^0.01） in growth traits in different groups, however, only P4 locus had genotypes effect, and the average value of AA genotype was the highest,. Therefore AA genetype could be used as the molecular genetic marker to select local goose breed for high productive trait.
