摘　　要：文章通过阅读国内外相关文献，归纳、总结影响数字图书馆用户信息需求的各项因素，在此基础上设计并发放问卷对专家进行调研；同时应用灰色统计法对调研结果进行处理，确定影响用户信息需求的重要因素。Based on the interrelated scholarly literature at home and abroad, it summarizes the impact factors of user information needs of Digital Library, and an investigation on the importance of impact factors is made through expert survey questionnaires. On that basis, it adopts Grey System Statistical Method to information statistic and analysis to work out a set of comprehensive significant impact factors.
