摘  要:针对某大型圆柱形工件,利用Ni60AA合金粉末,采用高频感应重熔工艺,在工件表面制备了合金涂层,并对涂层的组织进行了分析并测试了涂层的硬度和耐磨性。结果表明,感应熔涂制备的涂层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合,涂层与基体之间存在明显的"白亮带",涂层基体中分布着丰富的硬质相,显著提高了涂层的硬度,具有良好的耐磨性。A large cylindrical work piece,using Ni60AA alloy powder, with high-frequency induction melting process, prepared in the surface Ni-based self-fluxing alloy coating, and coating and phase structure was analyzed and tested the coating hardness and wear resistance. The results show that the induction cladding Ni-based coatings prepared with the basic shape has become a good metallurgical bonding between coating and substrate obvious "white-band", Ni coating distribution in the matrix rich hard phase, significantly increased hardness of the coating has good wear resistance.
