摘　　要：对风险投资与高新技术企业产品开发的关系问题进行了深入研究 ,分析了风险投资的特点 ,探讨了高新技术企业产品开发的阶段性及风险投资在各阶段的分布 ,研究了风险投资的产业指向 ,概括了风险投资的运作机制 ,在对风险投资进行深入研究的基础上 ,对我国风险投资的现状作出分析概括 。Venture Investment (VI) is just beginning in China , VI organization are in the process of growing , exploring and accumulating experiences. Today VI′s pushing effect towards high and new tech industry is becoming more and more important. China should make great efforts to explore VI both theoretically and practically. This article has deeply studied the relationship between VI and the product development of high and new tech enterprises. It has analysed. VI′s features, discussed the phases of the product development in high and new tech enter phases and VI′s distribution in each phase, studied the industrial direction of VI, generalized its working mechanism, analysed its present situation on the basis of deep study and put forward the counter measures to develop VI in China.
