理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科术后腹胀75例临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科手术后腹胀的临床疗效及护理体会。方法 101例手术后腹胀患者43例(观察组)采用传统方法治疗,58例(治疗组)患者选用理气宽肠汤,同时配合传统治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92.24%,观察组为54.65%,差异显著P<0.01。结论理气宽肠汤治疗妇产科手术后腹胀效果显著。加强护理管理,可使患者安全度过围手术期。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic effect and nursing care of Liqikuanchang liquid on abdominal distension after gynecology and obstetrics surgery.Methods： Of the 101 patients with abdominal distension postoperitiv,43 cases were treated by traditional methods and other 58 cases were treated by Liqikuanchang liquid based on conventional treatment and psychological nursing care.Results： In the clinical symptoms in the treatment group total effectiveness was 92.24%,the patients were significantly improved than those in the observation group at 54.65%.Two group had significand difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： Routine therapy in combination with Liqikuanchang liquid treatment is an effective method to treat abdominal distension after gynecology and obstetrics surgery,and careful monitoring during and after operation will help the patients pass safely through the perioperative period.
