摘　　要：探讨临床药师在药物致粒细胞缺乏症经验性治疗中的作用。通过甲巯咪唑致粒细胞缺乏症1例案例分析,讨论药物致粒细胞缺乏症的经验性治疗。药物致粒细胞缺乏症应给予经验性的抗菌药物与粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)治疗,同时注意对症支持治疗。To explore the clinical pharmacist in drug induced agranulocytosis in the empirical treatment of the disease.Methimazole induced agranulocytosis cases of case studies,discussed the empirical treatment of drug induced agranulocytosis.The drug induced agranulocytosis should be given to empirical antibacterial drugs and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor（G-CSF） in treatment,while paying attention to symptomatic and supportive treatment.
