生地注射液对慢性阻塞性肺病血栓前状态影响的研究

摘　　要：目的：临床研究生地注射液对ＣＯＰＤ患者血栓前状态的影响。方法：用抗生素加生地注射液的治疗组和单用抗生素的对照组进行治疗，对照比较。结果：生地注射液能够提高ＣＯＰＤ患者组织型纤溶ｔ—ＰＡ数值（Ｐ＜０．０５），显著降低ＰＡＩ－１数值（Ｐ＜０．０１），显著降低血浆ＤＤ数值（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：生地注射液能够改善ＣＯＰＤ患者的血栓前状态，从而可以减缓ＣＰＯＤ的病理进程。：Objective: The study was conducted to investigate the effect of rehmannia injection on prothrombus condi- tion of chronicial obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: A group treated with antibiontic and rehmannian injection was compared with another group only treated with antibiotic. Results: Rehmannia jnjeetion can enhance the number of t -PA (P＜0. 05) and reduce PAI-l (P＜0. 01 ) and plasma DD obviously (P＜0. 0l ) in the patients of COPD. Conclusion: Rehman- nia injection can improve prothrornhus condition of COPD, from withch the course of disease can be retarted.
